After selecting PayPal as your payment option, you should be directed to a screen that looks like this:

Click the button to "Pay with Debit or Credit Card"
You will see a page that allows you to enter your payment information:

After entering your information, select "No, I don't want an account now" and click the button to "Pay Now"
You will see a confirmation screen. Click the small "Not now" text at the bottom to proceed without using a PayPal account.
