How do I cancel my service?

If you are unhappy with your service, we recommend contacting your Webservio consultant. We have many options within each service category, so if your current service is not a good fit we could migrate you to a better option. If you do not know how to contact your consultant, email sales@webservio.com and we will get you connected.

We understand that there can be other factors for cancelling a service. Webservio Terms of Service require written cancellation notice at least 30 days in advance of the contract renewal. This notice can be submitted directly through this portal using the following instructions:
  1. Log into your account at https://billing.webservio.net/clientarea.php
  2. Select Services from the top menu bar and click on My Services.
  3. Select the service you wish to cancel.
  4. Click Request Cancellation on the left menu bar.

Please note: If you wish to cancel multiple services, you will need to request cancellation for each one separately.
Alternately, you may email cancel@webservio.com from the primary email address on file. Please specify the service(s) and associated domain(s) that you wish to cancel.
